On certain travel trailers, an improperly reinforced drawbar was installed.

💥 The risk

This could result in a failure of the drawbar.

🔧 The fix

Dealers will reinforce the drawbar. Owner notification began june 14, 2002. Owners who take their vehicles to an authorized dealer on an agreed upon service date and do not receive the free remedy within a reasonable time should contact skyline at 1-800-736-2573.

Is the fix free? Yes. Safety recall repairs are free at any authorized dealer under federal law, including parts and labor. (Vehicles more than 15 years old when the recall was announced can be excluded, but most manufacturers still fix them.)
