2006 Victory Kingpin & 2006 Victory Kingpin Deluxe + 2 more recall: suspension
⚠️ What's wrong
On certain motorcycles, the rear axle may crack or break at the retaining plate groove on the right side.
💥 The risk
Axle failure during operation could cause a loss of control, increasing the risk of a crash.
🔧 The fix
Dealers will replace the rear axle free of charge. The recall began on august 3, 2006. Owners may contact victory at 763-417-8650.
Is the fix free? Yes. Safety recall repairs are free at any authorized dealer under federal law, including parts and labor. (Vehicles more than 15 years old when the recall was announced can be excluded, but most manufacturers still fix them.)
