2009–2010 Keystone Sprinter Select 25RB recall: electrical system
⚠️ What's wrong
Keystone rv is recalling certain model year 2009 and 2010 Sprinter Select 25RB travel trailers manufactured from february 11 through november 19, 2009. The wire from the battery to the power distribution center may be pinched between the floor and the frame.
💥 The risk
If the pinched wire shorts, an increased risk of a fire causing property damage and/or personal injury will result.
🔧 The fix
Keyston rv will notify owners and will repair the vehicles free of charge. The safety recall began on september 13, 2010. Ownerrs may contact keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369.
Is the fix free? Yes. Safety recall repairs are free at any authorized dealer under federal law, including parts and labor. (Vehicles more than 15 years old when the recall was announced can be excluded, but most manufacturers still fix them.)
