2011 Keystone Raptor recall: equipment
⚠️ What's wrong
Keystone is recalling certain model year 2011 Raptor recreational vehicles. The fresh water fill/draw line may be connected to the black waste water's tank.
💥 The risk
In the event the fresh water line is connected to the black waste water's tank, the fresh water may become contaminated leading to an increased risk of personal injury.
🔧 The fix
Dealers will inspect the water lines to verify they are plumbed correctly and correct if necessary. This service will be performed free of charge. The safety recall began on february 10, 2011. Owners may contact keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369.
Is the fix free? Yes. Safety recall repairs are free at any authorized dealer under federal law, including parts and labor. (Vehicles more than 15 years old when the recall was announced can be excluded, but most manufacturers still fix them.)
