💥 Crash riskNHTSA 12V175📅 Apr 19, 2012

2011–2013 Reinke Intermodal Tank Chassis & 2012 Reinke Intermodal Cont Chassis + 1 more recall: suspension

⚠️ What's wrong

Reinke is recalling certain 2010-2013 Intermodal Chassis frames. On certain Chassis frames, the locking ring that secures the spindle nut is missing from the axle or is improperly installed and the spindle nuts may not be properly torqued which CAN lead to wheel separation.

💥 The risk

If wheel separation occurs, the driver may lose control of the vehicle, and detached dual wheels may enter the roadway, increasing the risk of a crash.
