2022–2023 Nova Bus LFS recall: windows, wipers & mirrors
⚠️ What's wrong
Nova Bus (US) Inc. (Nova Bus) is recalling certain 2022-2023 LFS buses. The windshield wiper arms may be incorrectly aligned, which can cause the wiper blades to collide.
💥 The risk
Damaged wiper blades can reduce visibility in certain weather conditions, increasing the risk of a crash.
🔧 The fix
Nova Bus will inspect and realign the wiper blades, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 10, 2024. Owners may contact Nova Bus customer service at 1-800-350-6682. Nova Bus's number for this recall is CR5615.
Is the fix free? Yes. Safety recall repairs are free at any authorized dealer under federal law, including parts and labor. (Vehicles more than 15 years old when the recall was announced can be excluded, but most manufacturers still fix them.)
