2020–2021 Jayco Fifth Wheel North Point recall: equipment
⚠️ What's wrong
Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2020-2021 Jayco North Point fifth wheel travel trailers. The certification labels may have the incorrect tire size information, causing the operator to install incorrect tires.
💥 The risk
Towing a trailer with incorrect tires increases the risk of a crash.
🔧 The fix
Jayco will mail correct certification labels to owners, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 13, 2025. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9901633.
Is the fix free? Yes. Safety recall repairs are free at any authorized dealer under federal law, including parts and labor. (Vehicles more than 15 years old when the recall was announced can be excluded, but most manufacturers still fix them.)
