2024–2025 Thor Motor Coach Indigo & 2024–2025 Thor Motor Coach Luminate recall: equipment
⚠️ What's wrong
Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Luminate and Indigo recreational vehicles. The LP tank support tube may be too short and have an insufficient weld that may fracture, allowing the tank to detach.
💥 The risk
A detached tank can create a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.
🔧 The fix
Dealers will install support brackets on both sides of the LP tank support tubes, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 30, 2025. Owners may contact TMC customer service at 1-877-855-2867. TMC's number for this recall is RC000331.
Is the fix free? Yes. Safety recall repairs are free at any authorized dealer under federal law, including parts and labor. (Vehicles more than 15 years old when the recall was announced can be excluded, but most manufacturers still fix them.)
